Wellness Incentive Programs: The DW Challenge
One of our incentive programs is the DW Challenge. The Challenge is an 8, 10 or 12-week, easy-to-implement e-mail and Internet-based wellness program that educates and motivates individuals to make better diet, exercise and stress reducing choices – gradually and painlessly! (The Challenge is also available in print or on CD-Rom for delivery to non-Internet users.)
The program is simple and fun, yet comprehensive and effective. Each week your employees will receive a friendly e-mail or printed message that will teach them about a HEALTHY FOOD or a HEALTHY ACTIVITY and challenge them to try something that may be new to them. The program also incorporates supplemental resources in print and video format. Topics will include recipes, cooking demos, clarification of nutritional labels, stress reduction techniques, exercisetips with specific workouts, and the latest information on disease prevention. Health Assessment and Profile
We offer a state-of-the-art Health Risk Assessment (HRA), both online and on-site. Our HRA is supported by years of research and validation testing and uses scoring algorithms that are weighted and based on common risk factors and their impact on disease.
Each participant receives a comprehensive personal wellness report prepared specifically for them based on answers from the HRA addressing their specific risk factors and associated lifestyle factors. The report then directs the individual to the online educational modules that address these risk factors more specifically.
The client company also receives aggregate and executive summary reports, which can be used to tailor programs to specific populations and track aggregate health improvement over time.
Interactive e-Learning (in development)
The heart of our on-line program is "Wellness Town",
a virtual campus that makes it entertaining and easy to learn new
ways to think about health, disease prevention and the impact of
lifestyle choices.
Utilizing the latest animation, e-learning and
multi-media technology, the modular Dynamic Wellness program,
accessed through the virtual Wellness Town ,
actively involves members in a unique guided learning experience
that captures the exciting and motivating style of our live seminars.
